Morning All, The fixtures are now online for the Summer League.  Good luck to all the teams playing in the Summer League. If in the evet of a 5-5 draw a blackball shootout will take place. Captains name 5 players and they have to try and pot the black from its spot with the white ball behind the break line. If it is still a draw after that then we repeat the process until someone misses (you must pot to win, if the player going first pots the opponent has to try and pot. if the player going first misses and the opponet pots that is game).

The red bells have been removed from the league due to not turning upto 3 games during the season. All points from fixtures have been removed

This year's AGM will be: Wednesday 6th September  Red Dragon lounge 19:00 Doors will be closed at 18:55.  Each team has to have at least one representative there and each team only gets one vote. Nobody will be permitted entrance to the meeting after 18.55, and any team not present will be classed as not entering the league so if there are uneven teams and you can enter late you will be classed as a new team and placed in the bottom division. If there are even teams to form leagues there will be no option to join (do not phone or ring asking can i just drop my team sheet off etc as we have heard all the excuses going over the years there will be no allowance) the earlier you get to the AGM the sooner you get called up to register and can leave, it's as simple as that. I will post a registration sheet later this week. Any notices of motion, suggestions on change of format or rules need to be into me by midnight on the Tuesday of 29th August. Email them to  [email protected] Remember though every notice of motion, rule change etc must have a seconder from another team and both names must be at the meeting.   Regards   Chris Holcombe Chairman Port Talbot Pool League

Please can all captains download the WhatsApp app, so I can add them to their relevant groups. All captains must accept the group invite from myself, and all correspondence will be delivered there.  Player registrations, if any teams add unregistered players on the night they MUST drop the £3 registration through my door by no later than 10pm on the Wednesday. If fee is not payed all points won by that said player be be voided and results changed accordingly.  Teams must inform myself through WhatsApp 48hours prior to any games getting called off. All rearranged games must be played before the turn around of fixtures or before the last set of fixtures if game is after the turn around.  No games are to be cancelled in the knockout stages.  Teams can add new players up until the last set of fixtures. No new players will be allowed in the knockout phase.  Any transfer or players must be given 24 hours notice and £3 fee payed before than can transfer to a team. No transfer of players are allowed in the knockout phase
