This page is a reproduction
of the rules and regulations regarding the use of the forums
on this website. Please read and abide by these rules. A
copy can also be found in the forums themselves.....
The basic ground rules for discussions on the Port Talbot
Pool League Website are simple: be polite, use common sense
and don't break the law (yes that includes mentioning your
favourite dodgy porn websites). We don't intend to censor
messages based on the opinions expressed within those posts,
but we will enforce the policies outlined here. We reserve
the right to remove, modify or move posts at our discretion
and without explanation. If you have any questions, please
ask the Administrator or one of the Moderators.
Our Moderators will try their best to remove any offence postings as soon as possible. However, they are
human (just) and may miss things from time to time. If you find something on our forums that is offensive, derogatory etc. then please
contact one of the Moderators or the Administrator and it will be removed ASAP. As with any open forum we cannot stop people from posting their
comments but will try our best to remove them and in extreme cases take the matter further.
Participants may not use the Forum to solicit users for
any project or purpose external to the Forum; public, private,
or commercial. Our userbase is not a resource to be "mined" by individuals, groups, or businesses.
We encourage banter between mates on this site, after all it's what the majority
of the content on here is! But any member who is intentionally and continually
abusive or disruptive will receive one warning, and may be permanently banned
from the Forum after a second offense. (are you reading Con Man!)
In light of our policy of encouraging candid, open exchanges of views and the
rapid distribution of information originating from many sources, Port Talbot
Pool League cannot determine the accuracy of all of the information that may
be uploaded to the Forum.
Opinions, advice, results, cancelllation of fixtures and all other information
expressed by participants in discussions are those of the author. You rely on
such information at your own risk. Participants are urged to seek confirmation
from a memeber of the comittee or from the team in question, and not rely solely
on advice or opinions given by one user in the discussions.
If any copyright through our website is breached then please contact the adminsitrator
or one of the moderators for immediate attention.
Any postings by members are their own personal opinion and in no way represents
the thoughts of this site, it's creators or any of the other users.
Finally, add messages in the correct section please - do not cross post.
That's it enjoy!
