2010---2011 season

Well been busy on-line and using the phone in the old transfer market and must say most pleased with the business conducted by Twm and myself securing a good season again for the Angels.
I would like to take this oppurtunity to wish all the teams the best and lets have a ball

so who will win the league this year. Probably 3 teams that have the best chance are the devils, welfare or angels with dirty faces. my bet would be the welfare tho. i heard they are going back to cwmavon, think that will get them a few more wins

The devils will win it in my opinion. It's all about how much the top teams beat the lesser teams by.

i personally think, the marmites will be top 4 this year.. its crazy to think when i first joined a few years ago they actually got relugated but were left to stay in the league.. now, with more or less the same team, getting to the semi finals of the summer league.

after seeing us miss 4 blacks agaist the welfair in the semis, we could of easily made it to the final!

come on the marmites!

nah i think tubby would obviously stregnthen our team, he takes his pool seriously. But, i dont think he would be welcomed back, nor would he want to come back.

but, if he were to come back, we could always start a marmites "b" team which he could run.. the club would love the custom!

My first game for the Angels on Tuesday was the best laugh I've had in pool for a long, long time. I will be very happy to stick with a real team like this and happily finish down the order than any other in Por Talbot.
Spock is a brilliant, selfless captain and the team are all idiots which suits me just fine, I cant wait for next week and for Twm to return off holiday to improve the already brilliant atmosphere.

We have no chance to finish top 4
We're to inconsistant, have shift workers and some players dont always turn up.
We're a mid table team who can sometimes raise our game.
Aim for 7th and anything above is a bonus
